We went today to visit a Buddhist temple. But the one we originally wanted to see was closed off due to construction (or maybe we couldn’t find the correct path). We recaught the bus, and then my wife saw one of the bus stops’ names had temple in it. So we got off to investigate.
About 300 meters off the main road is this beautiful, tiny temple with a lovely small park nearby. There is always a certain kind of quietness when you visit Buddhist Temples, and even more so for this one, as we were the only people there at the time.
We sat inside for a while to enjoy the calmness, and I said a little thank you for the great life I have been blessed with.
Well worth the visit if you are in the neighbourhood.
